AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ARMOROLOGY
• Armorology.com is comprised of various web pages owned & operated by Armorology. This website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
• By using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy (here), govern this website’s relationship with you.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• The use of products sold by Armorology is at the consumer’s own risk. Proper installation and proper use of all products must be followed at all times for optimal safety and performance.
• Installers, owners, and operators must follow all manufacturer’s instructions and warnings exactly to avoid damage to the vehicle, other property, or serious bodily injury or death to oneself or others.
• Armorology assumes no responsibility for any damages, to person, property, or any other sort incurred as a result of the use, misuse, misunderstanding, inaccuracy/incompleteness of any included instructions, or the products to which they may directly or indirectly pertain.
• All products sold and/or manufactured by Armorology are intended for off-road use only.

SUSPENSION RELATED PRODUCTS: DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Installation of a lift kit or “lifting components” will raise the center-of-gravity on the vehicle which the kit/components are installed and they will make the vehicle more likely to tip over when turning, or when driving on sloping terrain.
• The user is knowingly modifying the suspension system of the vehicle and assumes liability for any damage it could cause.
• Installers, owners, and operators must follow instructions and warnings exactly to avoid damage to the vehicle, other property, or serious bodily injury or death to oneself or others.
• Improper installation or misuse of any product manufactured or sold by Armorology could result in property damage, injury, or death to the driver, passenger(s), or bystanders.
• The user of these products must know that they require more frequent maintenance and care when compared to the factory suspension. Disregarding the maintenance schedule will cause the products to prematurely wear and could lead to eventual failure. If the components within the suspension system or accessories become worn, the safety and reliability of the vehicle is at risk. Proper maintenance of aftermarket equipment that ensures the vehicle’s occupants safety, is entirely your responsibility.

Armorology will not be liable for ANY damages resulting from, or caused by the installation of suspension systems, suspension components, lift kits, or any other products we sell.

• The information, products and services included in or available throughout the Armorology website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Armorology and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes at any time.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Armorology will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the purchaser, Freight On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Armorology will advise purchaser of estimated shipping dates, but will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery and/or associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Acts of God, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, etc…

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Armorology website, you warrant to Armorology that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. The Armorology Business Texting Service enables Armorology to communicate with customers for business-related purposes, including but not limited to:

Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
Project updates, status checks, and questions
Sharing photos of project progress or additional issues discovered
Requesting customer input when needed for services
Sending thank-you messages or follow-up communications

The Service is not used for mass marketing, unrelated promotions, or unsolicited advertising.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

2.1 The Service is intended solely for communications between Armorology and its customers.
2.2 You must provide accurate contact information and notify us of any changes.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number you provide and securing your device.

3. Consent and Opt-Out

3.1 By providing your mobile number to Armorology, you consent to receiving text messages for the business purposes listed above.
3.2 Message frequency may vary depending on the nature and progress of your project.
3.3 You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages, though we may still contact you through other means (phone or email) for essential service-related communication.
3.4 Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.3 Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use and/or opt out.
